Notify nursing mothers that you comply with FLSA

The recently amended Section 7 of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requires employers to provide breaks for female employees to express their milk. Employers are requires to provide a location other than a restroom for the nursing mothers to use. Specifically, the law requires that nursing mothers be given reasonable breaks any time they need to express milk for up to one year after their child's birth.
