What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please call Customer Service to authorize a return (800.888.4040, M-F, 8:30am – 6pm ET). Then return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of original invoice date to receive an exchange or refund. Please note that Smart Apps, Poster Guard, personalized products, drug tests, digital products and other services are not refundable. HRdirect reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day. Custom-imprinted orders ship in approximately 3 days of receipt. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. You also can log into your account to see the tracking status.
How do I submit a tax exempt form?
You can submit your tax exempt form via email at sales@hrdirect.com.
Can I get a discount if I order large quantities of an item?
In many cases, the answer is yes! Call our customer service department at 800.999.9111 Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm ET or send us an email at sales@hrdirect.com.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer qualified customers open credit. See our credit policy.
How do I apply for credit?

What is Rapid Reorder?
Rapid Reorder is the fast and easy way to order your most-used forms, folders and greeting cards again and again. Simply sign in to your account and then click the rapid reorder button. You’ll see all of your past HRdirect product purchases so that you can quickly replenish your stock.
How long does it take to receive downloadable software or forms?
As soon as you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will include links to access your downloadable products. You can also sign in and find your products in the “My Downloads” section of your account.
Are online payments secure?

What is a priority code?
This is the special offer code that you can find on your catalog or mailer near your name and address. This code can be entered any time while shopping to apply any special offers or discounts you may have received.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, you can order a free sample of any of our greeting cards or folders. Find the product you’d like a sample of, click the “Order sample” button, and complete the shopping cart checkout. We’ll send you up to three samples absolutely free!

How to get a tax exempt code?
State sales tax will apply to orders shipped to FL and WA. If your purchase is tax exempt, enter your Sales Tax Exemption number here. Your order will be processed with sales tax unless a copy of the certificate is faxed to 954-851-1276 or emailed to hrdirectservice@hrdirect.com.
Estimated Shipping
The shipping cost displayed is an estimate only based on the zip code or postal code you entered. This amount may be modified if you change your shipping address or method. You will have a chance to review your final shipping cost before submitting your order.
What is a CVV verification number?
For your online safety and security, we require that you enter your credit or debit card's verification number (CVV) before we can process your payment.
The Card Verification Number (CVV) is the last three digit number printed on the signature panel located on the back of your card.

Credit Policy
All orders are subject to approval. For open credit orders, minimum opening purchase is $150.00. Payment for all products and services is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Customer agrees to pay interest at 1.5% per month for payments later than 30 days and all reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency and legal fees. Customer authorizes requests for credit information from any credit service agency.
