Maryland Earned Sick and Safe Leave - 2/12/2018
The Maryland Earned Sick and Safe Leave poster has been released by the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. The new law requires Maryland businesses with at least 15 employees to offer paid sick and safe leave. Smaller businesses must provide unpaid sick and safe leave.
Wyoming OSHA- 2/12/2018
The Wyoming OSHA poster has been updated to reflect new mandatory penalty amounts for each serious violation, non-serious violation, and daily penalty for failing to correct a violation. The penalty for willful and knowing violations was also increased.

The Hawaii OSHA poster has been updated to reflect the new OSHA employer reporting requirements for accidents and fatalities. An employer must report any work related fatality within eight hours and any work related in patient hospitalizations, work related amputations and any work related loss of eye within 24 hours.
Vermont Accommodations for Pregnant Employees- 1/8/2018
The Vermont Department of Labor has released the new required workplace poster on pregnancy accommodations. The Accommodations for Pregnant Employees poster notifies employees with a pregnancy-related condition that they have a right to reasonable accommodations in the workplace to perform their job.
