FL - Broward County Wage Recovery Poster

Comply with posting requirements for Broward County wage recovery ordinance

In January 2013, Broward County, Florida, established a wage recovery ordinance to protect employees from the nonpayment of earned wages. The ordinance requires employers to notify employees on how and where to file a complaint if an employee does experience the nonpayment of wages over $60.00. Compliance is not optional and all employers in Broward County must display this posting to avoid potential fines.
