Oregon Pregnancy Accommodations- 11/15/2019
The Oregon Pregnancy Accommodations poster has been released by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. A new law requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations for known limitations related to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, absent undue hardship. Nevada Workers' Compensation- 11/15/2019
The Nevada Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect that every employer must provide and secure industrial insurance for an employee’s personal injury sustained in the course of employment. Minnesota Minimum Wage- 11/14/2019
The Minnesota Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage rate for large employers will increase from $9.86 per hour to $10.00 per hour and for small employers from $8.04 per hour to $8.15 per hour. Increases are effective January 1, 2020. This posting appears on the Minnesota Combination Poster.
Minnesota No Smoking- 11/14/2019
The Minnesota No Smoking poster has been updated to reflect that the use of e-cigarettes is also prohibited in the workplace.
Florida Unemployment Insurance- 11/13/2019
The Florida Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect changes to the eligibility requirements when filing for reemployment assistance. Two web addresses have been added to the poster, one for applying for benefits using CONNECT, and the other for individuals to register for work through Employ Florida. This posting appears on the Florida Combination Poster.
