California Pregnancy Disability/CFRA Leave- 9/9/2019
The California Pregnancy Disability/CFRA Leave poster has been updated with additional information on the New Parent Leave Act (NPLA).  The NPLA applies to employers with at least 20 employees within a 75-mile radius.  It also applies to all public employers regardless of the number of employees.  This posting appears on the California Combination Poster.
Washington, D.C. No Smoking- 9/9/2019
The District of Columbia No Smoking poster has been updated to reflect that vaping is prohibited in places of employment. The law requires places of employment to be smoke-free and vape-free.
Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin- 8/22/2019
The Nevada Annual Daily Overtime Bulletin has been updated to reflect a clarification on when employers must pay overtime rates to employees. This posting appears on the Nevada Combination Poster.
