New York Fair Employment- 1/3/2019
The New York Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect new protected categories. Employers are now prohibited from discriminating against employees based on pregnancy and gender identity. The agency has also added that sexual harassment or harassment based on any of the protected categories are prohibited in the workplace.
Montana Minimum Wage- 1/2/2019
The Montana Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the state minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $8.30 to $8.50 an hour effective January 1, 2019.
New York Minimum Wage- 12/28/2018
The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage rate. The minimum wage for New York state will increase from $10.40 per hour to $11.10 per hour effective December 31, 2018. The poster also includes the New York City minimum wage increase of $15.00 per hour for large employers, $13.50 for small employers and the Long Island and Westchester County minimum wage increase of $12.00 per hour, effective December 31, 2018.
Colorado Minimum Wage- 12/28/2018
The Colorado Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2019, the minimum wage rate will increase from $10.20 an hour to $11.10 an hour for non-tipped employees and from $7.18 an hour to $8.08 an hour for tipped employees.
California Wage Orders (Individual posters)- 12/28/2018
The California Wage Orders (1-13, 15 and 16) have been updated to reflect the 2019 and 2020 increases to the state minimum wage. Wage Orders 14 (Agricultural) and 17 (Miscellaneous) have not been updated at this time. The revised industry wage orders also reflect updated meal and lodging credit amounts.
