Indiana OSHA- 7/12/2019
The Indiana OSHA poster has been updated to reflect an amendment made to the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Act. The law was amended to increase the maximum penalty to $132,598 for each employee fatality resulting from an employer violating safety regulations. California Wage Orders for Miscellaneous Employees (Individual posters)- 7/3/2019
The California IWC Wage Order 17 – Miscellaneous Employees has been updated with 2019 minimum wage information. The poster now refers to IWC 2019 for information on California’s mandatory minimum wage and meal and lodging credits.
Georgia Workers' Compensation Bill of Rights- 7/1/2019
The Georgia Workers’ Compensation Bill of Rights poster has been updated to reflect a change to the maximum average weekly wage amounts for injuries designated as catastrophic and non-catastrophic. In addition, the total compensation payable to a surviving spouse as a sole dependent at the time of death has been increased to 270,000. This posting appears on the Georgia Combination Poster.
New Jersey Minimum Wage- 6/19/2019
The New Jersey Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $8.85 per hour to $10.00 per hour effective July 1, 2019. Future minimum wage increases were also added to the poster applicable to most employers through 2024 and small employers and agricultural employers having smaller increases through 2027. Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave- 6/18/2019
The Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave poster has been updated to reflect a change to the start date for payroll deductions to fund the paid benefits program. The new deduction start date is October 1, 2019. This posting appears on the Massachusetts combination Poster.
