California Agriculture Wage Order- 2/12/2019
The California IWC Wage Order 14, Agricultural Occupations poster has been updated to reflect the removal of the exemption for agricultural employees from overtime and created a schedule for phasing in overtime requirements  beginning in 2019. The poster was also updated with the 2019 and 2020 minimum wage increases.
Oregon Paid Sick Time- 2/12/2019
The Oregon Paid Sick Time poster has been updated to reflect some clarifications on Oregon’s Paid Sick Time Law. The poster clarifies the meaning of “substantially equivalent” under paid time off (PTO) policies which include time off for other purposes and further clarifies what purposes sick time may be used under the law.
Virginia Earned Income Tax Credit- 2/7/2019
The Virginia Earned Income Tax Credit poster has been updated to reflect the eligibility income limits for 2018.
Virginia OSHA- 1/17/2019
The Virginia OSHA poster has been updated to that certain employers who were previously exempt from the law are now subject to the penalty provisions of the Virginia Occupational Safety amd Health law.
District of Columbia Pregnant Workers Fairness Act- 1/16/2019
The District of Columbia Protecting Pregnant Workers poster has been updated to reflect new procedures on how the Office of Human Rights will respond to an employee's complaint of a violation of the law.
