The Colorado Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect the state minimum wage for 2010. The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment has decreased the current state minimum wage rate from $7.28 an hour to $7.24 an hour effective January 1, 2010. The poster does make it clear that if an employee is covered by both state and federal minimum wage laws, the law which provides a higher minimum wage or sets a higher standard will apply.
