Indiana Child Labor- 12/14/2017
The Indiana Child Labor poster has been updated to reflect a correction to the break requirements for minors. A minor under the age of 18 who works 6 hours or more may take one or two breaks totaling 30 minutes.
Alaska Minimum Wage- 12/13/2017
The Alaska Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage rate. The minimum wage rate will increase from $9.80 an hour to $9.84 an hour effective January 1, 2018.
Maine Minimum Wage- 12/13/2017
The Maine Minimum wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage rate. The minimum wage will increase from $9.00 per hour to $10.00 per hour effective January 7, 2018. The poster was also updated with minimum wage requirements for exempt employees.
Maine Video Display Terminal- 12/13/2017
The Maine Video Display Terminal poster has been updated with additional information. The poster now defines key terms and explains education and training requirements.
New York Minimum Wage- 12/8/2017
The New York Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the state minimum wage. The minimum wage for New York state will increase from $9.70 per hour to $10.40 an hour effective 12/31 2017. The poster also includes a New York City minimum wage of $13.00 per hour for large employers, $12.00 for small employers and the Long Island and Westchester County minimum wage increase of $11.00 per hour, effective 12/31/17.
