Virginia OSHA- 7/24/2017
The Virginia OSHA poster has been updated to reflect new mandatory penalty amounts for each serious violation, non-serious violation, and daily penalty for failing to correct a violation. The penalty for willful and knowing violations was also increased.
New Hampshire Protective Legislation- 7/17/2017
The New Hampshire Protective Legislation poster has been updated to reflect a change of when employees must be paid. All wages due an employee must now be paid on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Utah Workers' Compensation- 7/17/2017
The Utah Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect additional information for self-insured employers. The poster allows the employer to designate that the employer has been authorized by the Division of Industrial Accidents to self-insure and directly pay workers' compensation benefits.
Nevada Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act- 7/13/2017
The Nevada Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act poster has been released by the Nevada Equal Rights Commission. The Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act expands the legal protections for pregnant employees and makes it an unlawful employment practice for an employer to refuse to provide a reasonable accommodation to a female employee or applicant for a condition relating to pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition.
Oregon Minimum Wage- 6/5/2017
The Oregon Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase in the minimum wage. The minimum wage will increase from $9.75 per hour to $10.25 per hour effective July 1, 2017.
