Rhode Island Minimum Wage
The Rhode Island Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage rate for tipped employees. The new minimum wage for tipped employees increased from $3.39 per hour to $3.89 per hour.
Arizona Paid Sick Time
The Arizona Earned Paid Sick Time poster has been released by the Arizona Industrial Commission. The new law requires employers to provide mandatory sick time. Employees will accrue a minimum of an hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked.
Maine Unemployment Insurance
The Maine Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect that individuals filing for unemployment benefits are required by law to be registered with the Maine JobLink.
Kentucky OSHA
The Kentucky OSHA poster has been updated to reflect the federal OSHA rule requiring employers to inform employees of their right to report work-related injuries and illnesses free from retaliation.
Nebraska Unemployment Insurance
The Nebraska Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect additional requirements for claimants. The Nebraska Department of Labor requires claimants for unemployment benefits to enroll in an individualized reemployment plan to remain eligible for benefits.
